Cancellation Timeframe

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not shipped.

• After 24 hours, your order may already be processing or shipped, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

If Your Order Has Shipped:

• Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

• You may still request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.

• Provide your order number and request for cancellation.
